1. Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Currency: All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars.

3. Payment: All forms of payment are payable in U.S. Dollars. All credit card orders are subject to credit card approval.

4. Inventory: Subject to availability

5. Shipping: Shipping charges are generally 10% of the purchase price.

6. Cancellations: Subject to Asso Novelties acceptance terms, this will indemnify Asso Novelties against any loss.

7. Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to assonovelties@yahoo.com , by writing to our billing address, or by calling Eric at (717) 341- 0650 for any shipments. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to report damage claims for a replacement. Asso Novelties will assist in the process of collections.

8. Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from the date of purchase.

9. Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied you may return it for a full refund if in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by Asso Novelties within 14 days of RMA No. issued. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.

Conditions - Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Asso Novelties. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returning a Purchase: Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at assonovelties@yahoo.com, or phone 717-341-0650. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.
